Migrations that kept the traffic.
Site migrations are where search traffic tends to disappear, usually a few weeks after launch, when nobody's watching anymore.
These three are rebrands and replatforms with the same brief: change almost everything, lose nothing. Each one covers the plan, the redirect and content work, and how I checked it held.
Vestis · Site migration
Aramark → Vestis
Rebranding without the brand.
When Aramark spun off its uniforms business as Vestis, the new company kept the customers, the locations and the website, but not the name people searched for. A content matrix, a new IA, ~40 non-branded content pieces and ~350 local pages filled the gap.

Fold in the brand. Keep every product it ranked for.
Two sites sold the same gear to the same public safety customers. I led the project that made them one: 1:1 product redirects, aligned categories, and on-page signals carried over for every product.

Wasabi · Replatform & rebrand
Wasabi
A new site that keeps the old traffic.
A move from WordPress to Storyblok in the middle of a rebrand. Every URL was scored on five metrics, then kept, killed or repurposed into a three-part IA, and twelve localized sites became six.

It's much easier to protect rankings before launch than to win them back after.
